Knjiga predstavlja sklepe mednarodnega seminarja Ksenofobija in post-socializem, ki je potekal v Ljubljani oktobra 2001 v organizaciji Mirovnega inštituta. V publikaciji so zbrana besedila o ksenofobiji in njenih različnih pojavnih oblikah v post-socialističnih družbah. Avtorji člankov so Vlasta Jalušič, Tonči A.
