Projekt krepi moč in vlogo civilne družbe v procesih reform medijskega sistema v državah Jugovzhodne Evrope.
S pomočjo raziskav in poročil o integriteti medijev, delovanja regionalnega observatorija medijev, organizacije srečanj in koalicij prispeva k obveščenosti akterjev v javni razpravi o svobodi in pluralizmu medijev.
