The symposium of the program group: in search of disciplinary crossroads

The symposium of the program group of the Peace Institute, which took place on Friday, March 15, was dedicated to the discussion of research approaches and methodological emphases in various research forms – from project research, thinking about phenomena based on in-depth reading to research work within the framework of a doctoral dissertation. The focus of the symposium was on questions about the ethnographic method, the affective turn in modern capitalism, and the critical questioning of the post-Yugoslav imaginary. The aim of the symposium is to find scientific synergies and question disciplinary crossroads, pose fundamental conceptual questions and develop new research approaches in the social sciences.
