Sergeja Hrvatič
Junior research fellow
Sergeja Hrvatič, Master of Law, works as a young researcher and assistant at the Peace Institute. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in the field of international law at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana. In 2021, she earned her master’s degree from the same institution with her thesis entitled Responsibility to Protect in the case of the COVID-19 Pandemic which received the Award of United Nations Society for Slovenia. At the Peace Institute, she is a member of the research project on Equality and Human Rights in the Age of Global Governance. Additionally, she contributes to the project titled Motivations, Experiences, and Consequences of Return and Readmission Policy: Discovering and Developing Effective Alternatives (MORE).
