Peter Sekloča is an associate professor at the Faculty of humanities, University of Primorska, and is head of the partner research team for the project “Affective Media: Transformations of Public Communication”. He has published on public sphere, critical political economy, populism and international communication”. Recent publications include: Attention capital in populist network communication: when the free labour of citizens maintains the spiral of attention, Communications, 2022; Strategies and Business Models of Online News Producers in Slovenia: Adapting to the Risks of Digitalisation, Javnost – The Public, 2021.
