Paper Lack of gender equality perspective in media policy and practices

As part of the European Union’s program for mutual learning about policies and practices for implementing the principle of gender equality in member states, a presentation of the situation and good practices in France and short reports on the situation in 17 other countries of the European Union is published. The presentation of policies and practices in Slovenia was prepared by Brankica Petković, a researcher at the Peace Institute, as the invitation of the organizer. Before the papers were published, the organizers of the mutual learning program held a seminar on women in the media on November 12 and 13, 2018 in Paris, where participants from 17 European Union countries were presented with examples of good policies and practices in France.
