Report / National report on hate crime in Slovenia
We are publishing a national report on hate crime in Slovenia which is the result of our desk and field research done within the Counter-Hate project. The main aim of the project is to improve the assistance to victims of hate crimes, by guaranteeing that legislation and policies establish a victim-centred and intersectional approach. Its main priority is to contribute to the effective and coherent application of EU criminal law, especially the effective application of the Victims’ Directive in the national contexts.
