Immigrants, Who are You?

The research aims at presenting immigrants who were first dehumanized by the politics, then by the wider public in Slovenia, and presented as social vermin. The goal of the study was not solely to contribute to the elimination of intoleralce and racism, but to open the door to reflection on marginalized groups, immigrants in our case.

Results
The study that was issued in a book is a result of a field research carried out in April and May 2001 in the Centers for Aliens and Asylum Seeker’s Homes in Slovenia.
