FULL-PROOF – Ensuring the due course of criminal proceedings by strengthening respect for the procedural rights of suspects and the accused
The goal of the FULL-PROOF project is to enhance awareness and training of police officers and legal professionals regarding the procedural rights of suspects and defendants. The project promotes more efficient and humane approaches in addressing them, while also strengthening international cooperation and ensuring broader dissemination and adoption of best practices.
The main purpose of the FULL-PROOF project is to contribute to the improvement of criminal proceedings by addressing violations of procedural rights that occur in the early stages of justice processes.
The project focuses on the rights outlined in Directive 2012/13/EU, Directive 2013/48/EU, and Directive 2016/1919/EU.
