Equal Citizenship – A Regional Seminar of Lesbian NGOs from Former Yugoslavia

The main objective of the project is the further development of the common platform for lesbian activists from the states and regions in ex-Yugoslavia, adopted in September 2001 in Rovinj – “Equality in Citizenship”. The platform was established in order to introduce anti-discrimination measures (for the protection of same-sex oriented citizens) into the respective legal systems. The main emphasis of the workshop will be on finding ways to approach governmental structures, opening up the space and creating opportunities in the struggle for equal rights.
