Dr. Neža Kogovšek Šalamon as guest speaker at the University of Palermo

Dr. Neža Kogovšek Šalamon held two seminars in May for doctoral students within the Doctoral program for human hights and Legal clinic for human rights at the Faculty of law of the University of Palermo, Italy. The first seminar was related to the topic of homosexual refugees entitled “LGBT People as Refugees and Immigration Rights ‘, while the second seminar ” The Effects of Humanitarian Corridor on Customary International Law: Emerging Entry and Transit Rights?‘ presented the gap between law and state practice and legal implications of the corridor.
