Yesterday Nyamirambo Women’s Center had a special visit from Slovenia. Tanja Fajon, a member of European Parliament, visited women’s center, learned about its development and activities since 2007, met employees at NWC and Umutima Cooperative. Together with Vlasta Jalusic from the Peace Institute they went on a walking tour, got to know Nyamirambo neighbourhood, had the best lunch one can get in Kigali at Aminatha’s house, and Vlasta as an author guided Tanja through the exhibition »Our lives, our dreams«.
